Founded in 2009, (PSM) Praying Single Mothers™ is a unified voice of single mothers.
Our Mission is to empower, restore, and equip single mothers by providing professional services and mentoring opportunities via conferences, workshops, seminars, training, and monthly meetings. PSM will leverage its community network to enable and provide resources to single mothers and their families allowing them to maintain a holistic life while raising their children, our future.
We provide training in the form of workshops, summits, and other live or virtual events to focus on Leadership, Parenting, Health & Wellness, Business & Entrepreneurship, Goal Setting, Self Esteem, and Community Building. We will also provide the opportunity for single mothers to participate in our Annual S.M.O.T.Y. Award Event and Conference, College Tours, Job Shadowing, Job Readiness, and Special Projects. Lastly, we will develop key relationships with qualified professionals and businesses in the community to offer our single mothers mentorship, job prep training, internships, and networking opportunities.
As a result, our single mothers will be better prepared and positioned to achieve success in their personal and professional lives, while also learning how to live a life of solo parenting, passion, power, and purpose.
